How we handle your information

We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible contract and to respond to your enquiry.

We receive information you choose to send. The form requires name, email, project location and message; phone and type of work are optional.

We use it to understand and answer the enquiry, prepare a discussion or quotation, and arrange possible work. It is not used for advertising profiles or automated decisions.

The web form is currently unavailable. You can send an enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Cloudflare serves this website and may process basic network data such as IP addresses, headers and security events for hosting and security. Google Gmail and associated email providers process email messages. The website writes no enquiry to its own database.

There is no database, user account or form-draft storage. Enquiries that do not result in a project are deleted within 12 months. Customer and project correspondence is retained only as long as required for the project, warranty, accounting or applicable legal obligations. Service providers may apply their own record-retention periods.

The browser only stores kerabel-language-choice with hr, en, de or it after a language choice. It contains no enquiry and is not sent to a third party.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, embedded maps and social feeds are not enabled. This version therefore has no marketing-cookie banner.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact kerabel.istra@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
